Business Analysis Associate II, Fraud Prevention Support

In this role, a individual will lead change management for Fraud Prevention and directly manage a team of Business Analysts who process changes for the organization

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to own and manage the inventory of procedures for Fraud Prevention
  • Lead ongoing efforts to prioritize backlog and report out status and updates
  • Resolve or remove roadblocks for team to complete and maintain book of work
  • Manage staff supporting changes and communication of chase to the organization
  • Partner with peers across the broader Fraud organization to analyze and cure for cross impacts to changes across groups
  • Continuously improve the end-to-end change management process, support agile needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Partner with controls support to appropriately manage risks and controls related to change management
  • Manage the hand off between key stakeholders as projects and initiatives move from design to execution and implementation phases
  • Develop, design, and obtain approvals on all readiness items based on specific business needs and expected results
  • Identify project issues/risk, escalates appropriately and provide a solution
  • Partner with stakeholders across Legal, Risk, Controls, and Compliance to ensure all impacts are properly reviewed and captured


  • BS/BA degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 3 – 5+ years of project management preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Understanding of risks / controls and ability to identify and articulate potential process improvements
  • Demonstrated problem solving
  • Strong Communication, both verbally and written
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
  • People leadership experience preferred
  • A strong knowledge base within Credit Card or Retail Fraud preferred
  • Experience working on multiple projects with demanding timelines
