What you’ll do…

Position: Senior Product Manager, Returns Fraud and Risk Management

Job Location: 860 W. California Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086

Duties: Drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for key initiatives for returns fraud detection and prevention. Work with senior leadership, fraud operations, data science, analytics, design, and engineering teams. Leverage big data, machine learning, and optimization algorithms to analyze billions of transactions. Provide insights to data science, engineering, and business teams on customer fraud model performance. Conduct customer interviews to analyze user requirements for product prioritization. Apply a deep understanding of functional design patterns with a focus on security, performance, and scalability. Help maintain software quality and adopt appropriate architecture principles to implement and enhance APIs using SCRUM and Agile development tools. Thoroughly document all aspects of solution architecture and implementation. Define detailed product requirements and GTM (Go-To-Market) launch strategies by identifying detailed use cases, success metrics, acceptance criteria, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and business impact. Execute E2E (end-to-end) testing. Supervise user acceptance testing of products in development and staging environments and ensure smooth production releases. This position does not supervise employees.

Minimum education and experience required: 4 years of risk management experience; OR Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering (any), or related field and 2 years of risk management experience OR Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering (any), or related field.

Skills required: Experience analyzing customer data, complex data sets, and data attributes using JSON and SQL Querying to identify and solve customer problems. Experience working with UX designers and UI engineers to launch applications across ecommerce platforms (websites, iOS, and Android). Experience using Figma and Zeplin. Experience designing and launching A/B tests to validate hypothesis, success metrics, and technical flows. Experience analyzing user data from A/B tests to identify issues and enhance user experience before rolling out features. Experience working cross-functionally to influence business owners and functional and technical teams. Experience with RESTful APIs and API definition languages and tools. Experience conducting customer interviews, market research, and competitor analysis. Experience delivering end-to-end product requirements by working with cross-functional teams. Experience with project management methodologies, including Scrum and Agile. Experience with product management tools: JIRA and Confluence. Experience creating unit test cases and verifying if the expected and actual functionalities match user flows using Teflon. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Salary Range: $182,333/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
