Fideo Intelligence has launched Lens, an investigative intelligence platform designed to help fraud and financial-crime teams uncover hidden relationships between identities, accounts, devices, and behaviors that traditional case-by-case searches tend to miss.
The Denver-based identity intelligence company announced Lens on August 25, 2026. The platform builds interactive relationship maps connecting people, accounts, devices, organizations, and behavior patterns, drawing on Fideo’s Identity Fraud Intelligence Network (iFIN), a dataset spanning digital activity, phone and email data, location and IP information, breach intelligence, and behavioral signals. Lens is built to sit alongside existing fraud, AML, and investigative systems rather than replace them, and refreshes its intelligence in real time as new signals come in.
“Fraud and financial crime rarely exist as isolated events anymore; they play out across networks of connected identities, devices, and organizations,” said Fideo Intelligence CEO Chris Harrison. “Most investigators still have to piece those relationships together manually,” he added, noting that “analysts and investigators should not have to spend most of their time jumping between disconnected systems.”
Lens is aimed at financial institutions, fintechs, payments companies, government agencies, and investigative platforms. Fideo, which is SOC 2 certified, launched in June 2024 with two initial products, Fideo Verify and Fideo Signals, for identity and payments fraud; Lens is a separate, newer product built for investigation and case-building rather than real-time transaction screening.
Why it matters: The fraud rings that hit merchants, including account takeover, promo abuse, and coordinated chargeback fraud, usually don’t operate through a single account. Tools that help banks and processors spot the network behind an attack faster mean fewer repeat hits reaching merchant checkout pages before the pattern gets flagged.
